Job Description

Position Summary

The Training Lead mentors, coaches and guides fulfillment team members. The Training Lead is a resource to provide team members with support promoting training and development throughout the Moms Meals fulfillment program.

This position will rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift as needed.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

• Provide on-the-job training to team members
• Equip team members with working knowledge of GMPs among other policies and procedures
• Support on-going team member professional development
• Assess team member training comprehension and skill development
• Initiate and sustain trusting professional relationships with team members and fulfillment leadership
• Coach employees on Moms Meals fulfillment Best Practices
• Maintain accurate and up to date documentation on training initiatives with team members
• Assist Training and Development Specialist design, implement and evaluate training programs, initiatives, and projects
• Assist Training and Development Specialist facilitate training and orientation with fulfillment team members

Required skills and experience

• 2 years of experience working in various roles throughout a Moms Meals Fulfillment Center
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of fulfillment positions, fulfillment operations, and fulfillment leadership expectations
• Experience coaching and mentoring fulfillment team members
• Demonstrated effective and persuasive communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communicative skills

Physical requirements

• Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms
• Frequently is required to stand, talk, and listen
• Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Able to perform repetitive movements
• Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
