We are a growth stage company that creates software solutions combining lean principles, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and machine learning to transform hospital and infusion center operations. More than 180 health systems and over 1,000 hospitals and centers across 49 states rely on our award-winning products to increase patient access, decrease wait times, and reduce healthcare delivery costs. We have raised more than $300 million from top-tier investors such as Bain Capital, Insight Partners, and Goldman Sachs. We have been named among the top 100 AI companies in the world. Please note that while this role is listed as available for remote, we are currently employing in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. If your state is not listed, we may not be able to proceed with your application. We have offices in Santa Clara, CA and Charlotte, NC for employees who prefer to work regularly or occasionally from an office. The Product Design team at LeanTaaS is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help lead UX and design efforts for our newest product, Inpatient Flow (IPF). This is a role best suited for a skilled generalist, someone who is interested in the whole product lifecycle from discovery to development to launch and beyond. At LeanTaaS, the Product Design team works with product and engineering partners on the product vision, user research, concepts/prototypes, and of course high-fidelity, dev-ready design deliverables in Figma. The Hiring Process: Every application is reviewed by the hiring manager, our Head of Design. You don’t need a cover letter, just a resume chock full of experience and/or a portfolio that shows what you’re capable of. Qualified applicants will get a call from the hiring manager to talk about product design and learn a bit about our company and our team. 3-4 people will be selected to meet the team, including designers, product managers and front-end engineers. Finally, you’ll get to tell us who you’d like to talk to, and that can be anyone from customer support, or data science, the CEO… you tell us! We’re adamant that we provide you the opportunity to learn about our company, our team, and our culture to help you figure out if LeanTaaS is right for you. You don’t have to be a 10/10 in the following areas, but you’ll be doing a bit of each throughout the phases of the initiatives you’ll be working on. We expect some specialization to occur as the company and the team scale, but the product teams will continue to operate as scrappy startups within a startup (and we love this).
