Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant. This person loves building, implementing, and managing multiple systems with minimal supervision. The Executive Assistant can quickly accomplish tasks the right way the first time, every time, and provide a positive working environment. This person loves details and creative, effective systems. This individual can make decisions quickly and demonstrate results. An Executive Assistant works hard to support the lead agent and helps the business and team grow. They will take on the responsibility of hiring new team members as the agent achieves higher levels of success. Their main goal should always be growth: of themselves, their team, and the results of the company. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Liaise between the supervising broker and clients
  • Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details
  • Input information received about clients through streamlined database management
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • High school diploma required
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
  • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
  • Can work on deadline and handle private client information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
