Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities.
Our Outpatient Services and ACT Team is looking for someone who is passionate about helping and serving our community. This individual will be providing services in home, community, and healthcare settings for individuals who are experiencing mental health challenges.
Position: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Department: Medical Services
Shift: This position is a flexible Monday - Friday schedule. While we prefer a full-time employee, we can work with you - even if it is one day a week, we encourage you to apply!
Salary Range: $122,761.60- $166,316.80 (annually). We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements: State of Oregon license to practice as a Registered Nurse and two (2) years of experience in psychiatric nursing. Holds a graduate degree in mental health nursing and Nurse Practitioner Certification from the State of Oregon. Must have Prescriptive Privilege Certification from the State of Oregon (or pending)
Summary: Licensed to practice as a nurse practitioner with prescriptive privileges by the State of Oregon, according to the guidelines of the State of Oregon Nurse Practice Act. The PMHNP is expected to have a DEA number for prescribing all medications allowed by the State of Oregon and the DEA; also prescribing psychotropic medications for clinic clients and monitors medication regime.
