Join one of Seattle's top real estate teams! Wagner Real Estate Group is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to help us deliver amazing client experiences from listing launch to closing. This is a hands-on, client-facing, and agent-facing role supporting our listings, buyers, and brokers both in the office and out in the field. $25 - $40 hourly with bonuses & benefits

• Coordinate property prep — schedule vendors, oversee work, manage timelines
• Assist with inspections, final walkthroughs, and closing prep
• Enjoy being in the field, keeping listings market-ready, and showing homes
• Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors via phone, text, and email
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team
• Track projects and tasks in tools like Asana, Google Sheets, and CRMs

• Active WA Real Estate License (required)
• Strong multitasker with sharp organizational skills
• Project management skills
• Excellent communicator (phone, text, email)
• Thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
• Positive, proactive, customer-focused
• Comfortable juggling office tasks and fieldwork
• 80-100% full-time, M-F, with occasional evenings and weekends
