Kinetic Staffing is seeking an Intern/Runner to support our team in Ridgeland, MS. This role is ideal for a dependable college student with strong attention to detail and professional demeanor. The position is responsible for various administrative tasks to support our recruiters and ensure smooth operations.

We provide flexible scheduling options with the target of 4 days per week for 2 hours each day. The position will run from August through December 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Job Duties:

• Assist with various errands such as delivering documents and picking up supplies.
• Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assist with basic data entry and database updates.
• Maintain office supplies and restock items as needed.
• Prepare, print, and copy documents for staff.
• Drop off and pick up packages from postal and courier services.
• Support recruiters and staff with special projects and daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Mississippi college or university.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

Compensation:

• $15 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.
