ATTORNEY

The estate planning, estate administration and business law firm of Johnson, Gasink & Baxter, LLP (“JGB”) seeks to hire an exceptional Attorney. This person will work directly with founding Partner, Spencer M. Baxter, in maintaining his current book of business, as well as taking on new clients.

Attorney Baxter is a seasoned attorney with a large book of business. He will use his considerable experience to provide top-notch, practical training to the Attorney on all aspects of estate planning, estate administration and business law. The right candidate will be as energetic and interested in assisting clients as Attorney Baxter.

The Attorney will be based in the firm’s Richmond office; however, they will travel to all the JGB office locations throughout the Commonwealth, routinely.

As such, we do not live by the pressure of billable hours. The starting salary is between $70,000 and $100,000, depending on experience. However, there is excellent upward earning potential in an abbreviated period. The firm provides a retirement account and matches your contributions. We offer health insurance and paid time off. There is also access to disability insurance benefits as well as performance bonus opportunities. A Virginia Bar License to practice law is required (in good standing).
